At ‘Thoughts Out Space’ we take care of your mental wellbeing and over all wellness. We support you on getting over emotional pain, depression, anxiety, stress and give your life a new perspective. We are here to listen, connect, heal and balance your emotions with meditation and yoga. Our 5 stage program designed by experienced practitioners will support you on your journey. ‘Thoughts Out Space’ is a safe space to open up your thoughts, heal and reset yourself. Our sessions are online and each lasts up to 60 mins. Below are the packages for you to choose from. We take you through a journey of listening, connecting, therapy along with meditation and yoga.
The package sessions will be a mix of listening, connecting, therapy, meditation and yoga as per your preference. We will guide you ofcourse!
